*laugh* Well, I'm smoking once a month, so maybe I'll have some for you when you come out for Further Confusion. A friend of ours, Vargr, turned us on to smoking meat. He's been doing it for years and has the most wonderfull rubs and mops that he uses. We are just getting started. :)
